About the Event
All levels welcome. Come as you are ♥
Enjoy a cup of tea while we get to know each other and chat a little bit about our personal meditation journeys.
We will get started around 7:30 with a guided body scan and guided meditation followed by a period of quiet meditation.
Please bring your favorite meditation prop. If you are new to meditation, bring a blanket & pillow. Chairs are available to use, too. Seated in a chair is a great way to get started, because you are not worried about meditation posture.
