About the Event
Add pure gold to a simple pair of sterling silver earrings! Keum Boo is an ancient Korean Art that uses a hot plate and burnishers to permanently bond designs made from very thin gold sheet to sterling silver. Techniques covered include cutting, filing texturing sterling silver sheet then cutting out very thin gold design elements with exacto knives, and applying your design using agate burnishers. Open to beginners.
