About the event
Daily classroom routines and transitions can turn into power struggles leaving children and teachers overwhelmed and frustrated. Reiki can help the classroom community to relax and stay balanced during stressful moments.
Reiki is also helpful to children with neurological disorders. Children with Autism Spectrum Disorders, Sensory Processing Disorder/Sensory Integration Disorder or ADD/ADHD respond beautifully to Reiki relaxation therapy.
This workshop is led by Beate King. Beate is a Early Childhood Teacher with over 30 years of experience and a Reiki Master in the Usui Tradition. Beate has successfully used Reiki energy balancing with children and champions the integration of this gentle modality into the early childhood classroom.
