About the event
Each session begins with a reading or poem to help center us, followed by some guided mindfulness and breath meditation with Reiki - infused hands on shoulders offered with essential oils. We will dedicate the merits of our practice to those who need the benefits of peace and healing.
Time after for brief check and reflection before closing. No meditation experience needed. Bring a friend and start or reboot your meditation practice.
