About the event
Join us for a relaxing evening that incorporates meditative sounds.  We will start with some  light refreshments before becoming completely surrounded by the sounds of the season and deeply meditative music. Bring a yoga mat light blanket or pillow or cushion, the things to be as comfortable as possible.  We will also provide chairs to sit in if you prefer that to laying on a yoga mat.
This is an offsite event at 77 Elm Street Amesbury, MA. Â It is a mill building down the street from the Wild Dove Store location.
