About the event
During class we will have a guided meditation, instruction time and discussion. Your instructor is Leiza Grissino the owner of Wild Dove. This class is being offered to a small group, or via zoom. Please indicate whether you would like to be an in person participant or a zoom participant. Our classroom will be set up with social distance spacing and an air purifier in the space.
