Are You an Empath??

An empath has a different lens of perception or way of knowing the world. They feel everything sometimes to the

detriment of their well-being. Empaths are like psychic sponges because they sometimes take on other's

emotions and/or are impacted by the energies within an environment. This ability can be draining and

overwhelming to the extent that the empath may want to shut down because they feel too much. That action

rather than being a solution exacerbates the feeling of being different, sensitive, and misunderstood. This course

provides tools and support to help those sensitive to energy see beauty in their gifts. Attendees will learn to honor

the wisdom of being an empath, manage it with healthy self-care, and share it without the fear of losing their

selves in the process. You will leave the class with the tools and knowledge to support your Well-Being and

Personal Growth. You will also walk away with a more grounded faith in yourself in Life and your way of knowing.
